• A service was cancelled by Vruthi due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or staff unavailability.

• The customer cancels a confirmed booking within the allowable notice period (see Section 3 below).

• The service provided was incomplete or unsatisfactory, and the issue could not be resolved through a re-service or other remedies.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Customer dissatisfaction without any valid, verifiable reason or proof.

• Last-minute cancellations without proper notice.

• Access to the service location was not provided, or the environment was unsafe for our workers.

• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., traffic, natural events, or customer unavailability).

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours or more before scheduled service: Full refund or free rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund.
